Born and raised overseas (Philippines), came to the United States in the early 1990’s as a doctoral graduate, with dreams to be successful in her work career and life. Furthered her career and educational goals and obtained a California Real Estate Certification in 2002, and became a top producing agent in her area. Received her California Real Estate Broker’s license in 2016. Lectured courses on Real Estate Principles in 2008 and currently teaches Crash Courses for Salesperson Exams, and for the Real Estate Brokers State Exam. She takes great pleasure helping others reach their dreams in their careers.
Yvonne is a busy mom who enjoys spending quality time with her children and helping them to succeed in their lives and occasional finds time to enjoy a good cup of Starbucks while watching sunsets at the beach.
